Service Description

AutoCaption is a video captioning tool that uses AI to transcribe speech and generate synchronized karaoke-style captions. The service is currently in beta and available free of charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload content you own or have rights to use
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Respect the upload limits of your account tier

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your uploaded videos and generated captions. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

Service Availability

AutoCaption is provided "as is" during the beta period. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data including videos, captions, and settings will be permanently removed.
